Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup almond
- 10 small dates or 1 tbs honey
- 2 cups ice
- 2 cups blueberries or Pineapple,Strawberry,Kiwi,cherries
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except ice to blender. Puree well.
- Add ice and blend until ice is all crushed and smoothie is well blended and smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
