French Toast Recipe:
This French toast recipe is amazing with tea and coffee. I have made it to with different styles and small variation for my family and friends and they've all preferred it better than the French toast they typically make!
Ingredients:
- 6 sliced Texas toast or thick cut bread
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- splash of vanilla extract
- butter and vegetable oil for cooking
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
- In a large bowl add milk. pinch of salt, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and whisk it until smooth
- heat a pan on medium temperature and add butter on pan
- now dip the bread into custard and fry it until golden brown
- make sure keep the flame low otherwise the bread will burned
- enjoy it with coffee
