Sweet Corn Soup Recipe:
This quick and easy recipe of Corn Soup will warm you
in winter days. You can also serve it as starter in your party.
- Chicken stock 8 cups
- Chicken breast 1 (thinly sliced)
- Salt ½ tsp + 1 tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp + ½ tsp
- Egg white 1
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Carrot 1 small cut in (half inch cubes)
- Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Mushrooms 3 (chopped)
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Egg 1 (beaten)
- Corn flour ½ cup (mixed with half cup water)
- Marinate thinly sliced chicken with salt, white pepper ½ tsp, egg white and corn flour.
- Heat stock add marinated chicken add all the chopped vegetables,sweet corn with salt, remaining white pepper and soya
sauce.
- Cook until chicken soft then add corn flour paste and thicken soup.
- At the end add beaten egg, stir and remove.
