Peach Cobbler Ice Cream:
Peach Cobbler Ice Cream:Peach Cobbler Ice Cream just might be ice cream masterpiece. Creamy vanilla ice cream filled with chunks of peach cobbler turned out to be everything I’d imagined. With chunks of cinnamon crust and syrupy peaches in every bite, this ice cream is irresistible.
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea
- 1 Cup ripped Peach Cobbler
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract or 4 almonds chopped
Method:
- Chop Peach Cobbler on cutting board until all the pieces are bite-size.
- Whisk together the Cream, Milk, Vanilla extract, Brown Sugar,Salt and Almonds or extract.Now add peaches and mix them with a large spatula.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers directions.If ice cream is not thick enough for your liking, place in freezer for 1 hour.
But If You Don't Have ice cream maker then
- Transfer it to a large air-tight container for 4 hrs.
- After four hours whisk it again,cover and freeze it for one and half hour in the refrigerator, this ice cream will be very firm
- For best results, let it warm on the counter for 10-15 minutes before scooping.
