Fish Fingers Recipe

Fish Fingers Recipe:

This simple and tasty fish is perfect to serve as side dish in dine.Kids and adults will love crispy finger fish

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish ½ kg
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Mustard powder ½ tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required (for coating)

Cooking Directions:

  • In a bowl mix together ginger, garlic paste, salt, black pepper, chili powder, mustard powder, ketchup, egg and coriander leaves.
  • Marinate fish in mixture for half hour, coat fish in bread crumbs and deep fry in a fry pan till light golden.
  • Serve with sauce.
